Privacy Policy
RadDx is committed to clear, responsible data practices. This page explains what information may be processed and how it is handled.
Information We Collect
RadDx may process report text you submit, technical request metadata (such as timestamps and request diagnostics), and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve service reliability.
How Information Is Used
Submitted report text is used to generate educational interpretations, structured extraction outputs, and safety or risk context. Operational metadata is used for reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security controls.
Third-Party Processing
Submitted content may be processed by third-party infrastructure and AI service providers acting on behalf of the service. You should not submit content unless you are comfortable with that processing and are authorized to provide the content.
Data Storage
RadDx stores only the minimum information required for operation. Certain data may be retained temporarily for processing, quality monitoring, and security controls. Local browser storage may also be used for session-level features such as recent results and legal acknowledgements.
Cookies
RadDx may use essential cookies for authentication, session management, security controls, and consent state. Optional cookies may be used for experience improvement if enabled later. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
User Responsibility (do not submit PHI)
Do not submit personally identifiable health information (PHI), including names, MRNs, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth. You remain responsible for the content you provide. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, RadDx should not be treated as a HIPAA-compliant PHI storage or transmission service.
Retention and Deletion
Operational records may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and service integrity. Local browser storage remains under the control of the browser user and may persist until the user clears it.
