Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RadDx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

Educational Use Only

RadDx is provided only for educational and informational purposes to help users better understand radiology report language. RadDx is not a medical device, not a treatment-planning service, and not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional.

No Medical Advice

RadDx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinician supervision, or emergency triage. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions.

No Emergency Use

RadDx is not intended for emergency, urgent, or time-critical medical use. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care.

No Professional Relationship

Use of RadDx does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and RadDx or its operators.

AI Limitations and No Guarantee

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading. RadDx does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, clinically appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

RadDx is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadDx and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

User Responsibilities (no PHI)

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload or paste personally identifiable health information (PHI), including names, medical record numbers, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth. You represent that you have the right and authority to submit any text you provide.

No HIPAA Service Representation

Unless RadDx expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, the service should not be treated as a HIPAA-compliant service for submission or storage of protected health information.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use RadDx for diagnosis, treatment selection, emergency triage, autonomous clinical decision-making, or any unlawful purpose. You may not use the service in a way that could foreseeably create risk of harm without independent professional review.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RadDx and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All RadDx software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted text) are owned by RadDx or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

RadDx may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
